This is a great starter fitness class, and it has been developed to inspire confidence and get more people gradually increasing their fitness levels.
It’s proven that jumping and observed movement is effective in strengthening every part of your body, helping improve posture, balance, coordination, and general health. It can even help with steady weight loss and a rebuild of health if you have suffered an injury.
