Boogie Bounce is our unique trampoline fitness programme aimed at all ages. Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise programme performed on a mini trampoline, with patented T-Bar handle. This is a great starter fitness class, and it has been developed to inspire confidence and get more people gradually increasing their fitness levels.

It’s proven that jumping and observed movement is effective in strengthening every part of your body, helping improve posture, balance, coordination, and general health. It can even help with steady weight loss and a rebuild of health if you have suffered an injury.

Boogie Bounce Strength & Tone

There are many benefits to our Boogie Bounce Strength and Tone sessions, it’s not all about fat loss. Not only can they be seriously fun sessions they can also make a big difference to your confidence – they really can bring on the feel-good factor. Add to that, improved posture, upper body strength, core stability, improved cardiovascular and bone density, the advantages of Boogie Bounce Strength and Tone are many.

Boogie Bounce Bands

Prepare yourself for a 30-minute resistance band workout with a difference! Strengthen your glutes, legs and core to fabulous and funky tunes. Enjoy easy to follow choreographed routines for all abilities. Boogie Bounce Bands includes 20 minutes of sassy dance choreography, followed by 10 mins of pure floor booty exercise. The sweat will be dripping in these fully packed 30-minute workouts guaranteeing you will finish feeling utterly amazing and perfectly toned.
