All payments are debited from your account on the 1st of each month, if the 1st falls on a bank holiday or a weekend then the payment will be taken on the next working day.
Yes all fitness classes run by Studio 44 can be part of the monthly plan.
No you have no commitment, at any point you can cancel the monthly payment.
No, all monthly VIP members are guaranteed a place at their selected class
Just let us know in advance of the session then we can transfer your booking and add you to a different class, subject to availability. Unfortunately if you haven’t notified us with 12 hours notice we can’t transfer your booking.
Yes, let us know in advance so we can check availability and change for you.
Yes, soon as you know your work pattern, send the dates over you would like to book and we will add you to the system in advance.
No, unfortunately the VIP plans are for immediate families who are living at the same address.
We try to reply to emails within a 48-hour period. However, there are occasionally unfortunate issues or complications. We always try and get back to you as soon as possible.
Physical, mental, emotional or cyber bullying by parents, staff or students will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the studio, and in extreme cases, contacting the relevant authorities.
Our staff members have all been trained in first aid.
